To those irritating "Can I have $5k please" or "Need5k" beggars, what we often encounter at Grand Exchange was: "No. Instead, look for a Lumbridge tutor for your skills. You don't even need RS gold 5K to play Runescape. What you want is 5k. However, it's a different story.

A note from me personally. I liked the skill trainers. Jagex could have included the Runescape Advisor feature, but they haven't eliminated the Lumbridge tutors. It didn't matter if players preferred to learn things by themselves but it was a matter of players who were willing to utilize the tutors shouldn't be shut out.

The new guards to the Runescape safe zone (Lumbridge, Varrock, Falador). This is a pity. To leave the "safe area" those who are less than 60 must speak to the guards. Fine. Jagex stated that the new guards will not cause any disruption for players over 60.

Your avatar will slow when you get close to the guards. After a while they'll allow you to pass, and after which your avatar will speed up to a sprint. Guards will allow you to pass if you are over 60.

I don't care if other do not agree with my views. What's the purpose of reducing our speed and forcing us to stop before forcing us back into acceleration? Anyone who is ranked among the top players will be aware that they have quit the safe zone. This is an added inconvenience that wasn't there before and isn't needed. Guards will also block the vehicle (another delay) even when you are in the safe zone.

It's okay for Runescape to give adequate warnings (e.g. You are in danger! You are about be in a place with a high level monster! These can be helpful in drawing attention to the player. The warnings can be turned off. For players below 60 levels, the new Guards to Runescape Safe Areas are not effective.
