Due to this, players could have lost an unfair battle from the beginning. We will rectify this problem with future combat system changes.

Why shouldn't they be allowed to be used in PvP? Or make them tradeable? It's a valid point. But we want these potions only to help players who have been trained to the appropriate level. It's not the case, since players who have been trained gain advantages in PvE situations.

Isn't there also an issue with Max-hit and Hitpoints? Yes. Another factor that was thought to be a factor in the detonation was that certain weapons were able to hit an opponent, or get closer to being able to do so. While this isn't a common occurrence, it didn't mean it couldn't be done. Concerning Max-hitting and hitpoints, we will examine this with regard to buy RS gold changes in the combat system. We may also look at the Defence ability.
