A 20 year old from Australia claims he's lost $5,000 and made a cybercrime complaint. He also submitted photos of the exchange with Raangee to P.TV. Raangee convinces the victim to deposit $5,000 and promises to return $2,500. Raangee states to the victim "Ofc" for any person. "But I'm at an age at the moment where I'm accustomed to it now and I am fully aware of those who are first-timer's concerns."

"I am aware of at most 20-30 people," a fourth victim aged 20 said on P.TV. "I'd approximate that Rack owes at minimum $300,000 (and that's only the cases I've seen). A number of my close friends." Many victims have reported similar stories, all claiming that Rack often used the issue in his bank and/or PayPal account as a reason for not making payments.

But while some people have spoken out, that others have been sucked to remain silent, with fraudsters claiming they'll "get zero" should they speak out.
