We love Boston Proper
We love Boston Proper. It invests in its employees, and we have found our experience with customer service to be pleasant. The website does need work, and has for months now. It is better and will be better soon, I am sure. PS: it looks like most of recent issues are third party purchases. We try not to ever buy third party, but the few times we did at Boston Proper, there were no issues returning to store. We have had issues with Third party vendors though with the other Mega A online store. Be careful! We have had big issues there with no refunds. In the $$ amounts.
