If you've got 90+ attack and strength, then melee could be the best choice. Ranged setup though would go similar to this... Equipment - Neitiznot (for prayer and defense bonus), any boots you want (ranger or snakeskin could be the best after that, followed by bandos / the white color for prayers),

Method - Sit directly in front of them, guard against the melee area and employ eagle-eye. They will hopefully melee most of the time but your d'hide / weapons will be able to block the majority of their magical hits. The only damage you'll take most of the time is their ranged attacks.

I believe, first of all, you'll need to create a throne room and then construct an upper floor on top of it. Then, make an oubliette area beneath it. It is also necessary to build a trap door inside. In the meantime, there are two options for accessing it: A big cave entrance, which you build in a garden/fancy garden. The stairs are a flight of stairs inside the space.

After you've completed one of those two rooms, you can choose to construct a room below in the same way, but there should only be one choice for that. After you build those room(s) you may construct normally in construction mode, constructing treasure rooms, dungeon hallways, junctions, or any other room in the above area that you'd like to build down below.
