To run the QuickBooks File Doctor, first, launch the tool hub and select the Company file issues. Then, tap the tab Run Quickbooks file Doctor. Wait for a minute or so to open it. In file doctor, select your company file from the drop-down list. However, if unable to find the file, select Browse and search for your file. After selecting your company file, tap on check your file, and then continue. Enter your QB admin password and click Next.
