Fidrych, 54, died on his farm in 2009 while working on a dump truck after his clothes became tangled in Leonard Floyd Jersey a spinning part and suffocated him. The appeals court ruled unanimously Monday that the companies did provided adequate warnings and were under no legal obligation to provide additional warnings after Fidrych modified the equipment, according to the AP. The court also ruled that the equipment had no design defects.
