Free cancellation on websites Phone cancellation fee: USD 25 Airport cancellation fee: USD 35 Non-refundable tickets have a Cancellation fee of USD 10 online, USD 25 over the phone, and USD 35 at the airport.

Note. If you finish your trip by April 30, 2023, you can cancel a ticket that was purchased on/after March 3, 2020 for travel by April 30, 2022 by utilising a travel voucher.
