Madden nfl 23 will assign to every player
While the release of Madden nfl 23 Coins is still a month away, we thought it would be fun to take a look at how each player on the Carolina Panthers' defense will be rated.
Keep in mind that the general rating predictions reflect what I believe Madden will assign to every player. They are not how I would rank them.
DE Brian Burns - 90
Burns is quickly turning into one of most fierce offensive players of the NFL. Everyone seems to be concerned about how effective he will be in 2022 , even without Haason Reddick lined up opposite of him. I think he'll do just fine. He had nine sacks this year before Reddick was introduced and also had Stephen Weatherly as the other starter at the end of the rush.
DT Derrick Brown - 79
Derrick Brown has been good However, he's not exactly the best. I'm sure that the Panthers would love for him to take a big move this year to make a bigger impact in the game, rather than appearing in flashes.
The DT Matt Ioannidis - 80
Panthers fans are going to admire this player. Tough, hard-nosed football player who finds his way in the backfield , and consistently. If he's able to stay in good shape, he'll be one of the best interior pass rushers within the NFL. The Panthers had a difficult time generating pressure from that position over the past three seasons.
DE Yetur Gross-Matos - 74
It's no hidden that it's a crucial moment for YGM. He's required to show he's not only able to make plays , but also stay on the field in order to accomplish this. The player has been plagued by injuries in the beginning of his career, yet coaches remain highly impressed with him.
LB Shaq Thompson - 86
Prior to the foot injury during the season, Thompson was on track to smash his single season records of tackles and TFLs sacks, QB hits, you name it. Thompson had a sharp edge last season after an unpredictable 2020 campaign. He's the voice that everyone is listening to.
LB Damien Wilson -75
The Panthers let Jermaine Carter go free agency, and then hired Damien Wilson to fill his job. I'm not certain if Wilson is much of an improvement over Carter but he's got seven years of professional experience and 68 starts under his belt and that's a lot.
LB Frankie Luvu - 71
The guy is a nightmare when he's on the field. He's most likely to split sessions with Cory Littleton but as the season progresses Luvu will play more and, in turn will take on the majority of snaps.
CB Donte Jackson - 85
Donte enjoyed his best season during a contract-year and was rewarded with a three-year, $33.5 million deal. Some say it's rich but I think it's a reasonable amount. He was fantastic in pass coverage last year but was his best in running support.
CB Jaycee Horn CB Jaycee Horn
We got to see an esoteric glimpse of Horn in 2021. before Horn went out for the entire season due to an injury to his foot. In those 2.5 games the player was solid. Is he destined to be a star in year two? The time will tell.
S Jeremy Chinn - 83
Chinn has been an enjoyable player watching over the past two seasons, however I think there's a different gadget he can kick it into. Working on safety, alongside Steve Wilks, and having Xavier Woods back there with Chinn is a recipe for a great 2022.
S Xavier Woods - 78
The Panthers desperately needed a running partner on the backend with Chinn and found a dependable veteran Xavier Woods. His ability to communicate is among the major reasons why the Panthers found Buy Madden nfl 23 Coins themselves in love with him in free agency. They need a voice in order to take charge in the secondary.
