However, by far the most reliable and convenient methods involve farming certain Quests with multiple characters or just buying them in the market.

Should they be able to be a part of the farm?

There's some argument to be had regarding harvesting at both Combat or Class Engravings on multiple characters through the Knowledge Transfer system. The main reason for concern is that Knowledge Transfer is limited in Lost Ark, and can only be used for nine times in total. Therefore, players should not randomly use their Knowledge Transfers for farming before the various known Classes have been released.

It all depends on the current condition of the Market within Lost Ark. This method of farming, even though it's taking place primarily within East Luterra and not taking very long to complete it is not worth it even if Blue and Green Engraving Books are being sold at a bargain. If they're overpriced (and still selling) This is definitely worth it, and even an excellent way to farm some additional Gold in addition.
