While it seems fair at first

Blood Tendrils is OSRS gold the best melee combat ability that is available on RuneScape 3 and is not accessible until a player is deep into the middle of the game. The ability needs 75 Attack to use it, and is one of five bleed options available to combat. This can lead to some of the best sword fights you can find in the field.

Affected targets will sustain anywhere from 36 percent to 180% damage as well as a second bleeding effect. However, the caster will also be hit with bleed damage. So, it's crucial that players don't utilize this if their HP is too low because the power could end their lives.

Runelite HD is a mod (made by one individual, 117) that utilizes Old School RuneScape and gives it an HD transformation. Since the year 2018, Jagex were issuing legal threats to mods that were similar to this, claiming they were copyright violation. However, these appeared to have been blown away as Jagex gave their blessing to this original Runelite.

Yet earlier this week, just hours before the upgraded Runelite HD was due for an official release, 117 was contacted by Jagex in a letter requesting that work cease and the release be cancelled. This time, however, the issue isn't due to copyright claims, but due to the fact that Jagex says they're making themselves an HD upgrade.

While it seems fair at first, there's a major issue. Runelite HD doesn't actually seem to be in violation of any of Jagex's modifications guidelines. In Buy OSRS gold fact, the firm says new guidelines to clarify that Runelite HD does actually break its rules will be out this week.
